My friend David has a blog dedicated to his drabble[1] writing. He has three separate 'story lines', I guess, zombie, SF and fantasy. I really enjoy all of them, and he's built some very interesting worlds using tantalizingly short snippets.
He's also published a book of them, called Flash, which you should totally buy RIGHT NOW.
